In about 24 hours time, I'll be at the changi airport. WAIT A MINUTE ! I'm going there is not for leisure but training. I want to travel around just for leisure not anything else ! Been working out lately since there's abit of free time, and after some struggle I had determined to go the the gym again after years and Yes its a great work out ! Saying about work out i'll never let out swimming and running. I went swimming last week and had an awkward position, well I injuried my shoulder during training and when I went into the water and do my laps, I had difficult rotating my arms and my movement seems like stuggling to move forward (even uncle there swim faster than me) What wose was seating at the lifegurd chair was my coach watching me swimming ! Can you imagine how embarrassed and difficult I was ? After about twelve laps I decided to put it to a stop and wash up. I'll go back for a swim again but definitely after my shoulder recover ! Alright need to do some last minute pack before I fly tomorrow chiao !
